About this website

Enquiries are not bookings or contracts
Using the enquiry form, calculator, email or messaging links does not by itself reserve a machine, create a rental contract or make a payment. A proposal and any resulting agreement must be confirmed separately with Bohnen.
Monthly rental and service arrangements
The actual monthly fee, term, deposit if any, payment schedule, installation requirements, supply obligations, cleaning, refilling, maintenance, repairs, cancellation and return terms are set out in the separate written agreement. Bohnen provides machine maintenance and operating support throughout the rental agreement and serves all of Egypt. The guarantee lasts for the rental term. Exact service procedures, consumables, parts and response arrangements are specified in the agreement.
Machines and availability
Models and information are based on Bohnen’s published catalogue. Belluno can be configured for self-service vending with Egyptian-banknote acceptance. Accepted denominations, availability, drink configuration and site suitability are confirmed for the selected setup. Catalogue photographs identify the machines; the enhanced coffee-corner photograph and 3D experience illustrate the concept and are not contractual specifications.
Planning estimates
The value calculator uses figures you enter to estimate additional revenue less the costs entered. It is not a Bohnen quote, a promise of earnings, an investment recommendation or a franchise offer. It does not account for tax or costs you omit. In the included-coffee model, a proposed price increase is an assumption about customer willingness to pay, not evidence that the increase is achievable. Hospitality, satisfaction and retention are not automatically cash returns.
Appropriate use
Use the site lawfully and provide information you are authorised to share. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce harmful software, misuse its communications or infringe the rights of others.
Brand and content
Bohnen and other names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. Display on this site does not create rights to those brands or imply an exclusive distributorship. Open-source components are used under their applicable licences.
External services
Email, telephone, WhatsApp and external links are provided for convenience. Their availability and operation depend on the relevant providers and your device. A message draft is not proof of delivery. Use another contact method if your chosen service is unavailable.
Rights, changes and contact
These website terms do not replace your separate rental agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Egyptian law and any separately agreed lawful terms govern the relevant relationship. Website information may change; check your written proposal for current commercial details.
